We coordinate directly with qualified professionals, including registered electricians, Gas Safe or OFTEC registered engineers, drainage specialists, plumbing and heating experts, and specialists in Legionella risk assessments and testing, ensuring every element of the property is thoroughly evaluated within one comprehensive package.
